As stocks are fresh daily and may vary, substitutions are occasionally made, for this reason at the moment we do not take online payments, payment is made upon delivery by cash. To pay by cheque an account facility must be agreed. Timed deliveries or deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays are not available. Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the second working day after the order is placed. You may place an order through this website, over the telephone or by fax. Orders are delivered free within a 25 mile radius of the postcode SY45BG (Wem, North Shropshire, UK). We supply both trade and domestic customers - minimum order value £25 for delivered goods. Other orders placed for delivery within Wem, North Shropshire, UK will be delivered free-of-charge at our discretion. Unless arranged otherwise, someone must be in to receive and sign for orders, where it has been arranged that an order will be left in a safe place by our driver the goods must have been paid for in advance. If the item you have ordered is not in stock we will send as much of your order as we can. Alternatively, if there is a similar product available, we reserve the right to substitute this for the product ordered. All deliveries to be checked and signed for by the customer or a member of their staff, any issues to be recorded on the delivery notes and signed by the driver.
